Task 4 of the Paragliding World Cup was canceled during takeoffs due to unsafe flying conditions.

A strong westerly wind developed early in the day, significantly exceeding safe limits for competition.

Several pilots experienced extremely high ground speeds while turning with the wind. Given the dangerous wind conditions and the potential risk to pilot safety, the decision was made to halt the task before all pilots had launched.

Safety remains the top priority for organizers, and conditions will continue to be closely monitored for upcoming tasks.
