We are thrilled to announce that the Paragliding World Cup will take place in Çameli, Turkey, from the 3rd to the 10th of August, 2024. This prestigious event will bring together the world’s top paragliding pilots to compete over the breathtaking landscapes of Yaylacık Mountain and its high plateaus.
Çameli has been a prominent location for paragliding events, with Yaylacık Mountain serving as an official launch site for over a decade. The site has successfully hosted numerous competitions, including Pre-World Cups and Turkish Nationals, making it a prime location for the World Cup.
Yaylacık Mountain, standing at 2130 meters, is conveniently accessible by road and features meticulously maintained launches covered with artificial grass, suitable for all wind directions.
Pilots will compete in a series of challenging tasks, showcasing their skills and vying for the coveted title of Paragliding World Cup Winner. The diverse and dynamic terrain of Yaylacık Mountain promises thrilling flights and spectacular performances.
