Selections rules

A maximum of 125 pilots. 7 Wild Card at the discretion of the Competition Director. The event is open to all pilots with a valid FAE or FAI license. The selection criteria will be Spanish Ranking by 31 December 2023. A minimum of 25% of places will be reserved for foreign pilots (criteria will be Ranking FAI at 1 of February of 2024).

Entry fee payment

The registration fee will be 210 € until March 1st.
After March 2, the price will be 250 €.

It is necessary that all of you, without exception, register for the competition on the FAI web site https://civlcomps.org

After this date the pilots will receive an email (10 days after the payment deadline) with the information to make the payment and deadlines to confirm the reservation. The email will be sent according to the pilot ranking.

Max 125 pilots.

Cancellation of the event by the organizer:

1º less than 15 days before it starts, the registration fee will be refunded minus 10 € which will be used to compensate part of the expenses that would have been incurred.

2º more than 15 days before the start of the event, the full amount will be refunded.

Cancellation by the pilot:

1º Any cancellation after payment and up to 15 days before the start of the competition, will be charged 30 €.

2º In case the cancellation by the pilot is within the last 15 days, the costs will be 50% of the registration fee.

3º In case the cancellation by the pilot is within the last 3 days, there will be no refund (only in cases duly justified with documentation similar to medical certificates, 50% will be refunded).

Important notes:
– The first official task day will be April 27. The 26th of April will be reserved for training.
– Welcome briefing: Friday 26 April at 20:00. Committee voting.
– The awards ceremony will be held on May 1 at 20:00.
