The Bourg-Saint-Maurice PrePWC will be the second open event 2024 of the new FRENCH PARAGLIDING LEAGUE

By road :
Via Albertville to Moutiers then Bourg-Saint-Maurice by N90 – 47 mn – 54 km
By Plane :
Geneva Airport(GVA) then by the road – 2h15 – 145km
Lyon Saint Exupéry Airport (LYS) then by the road – 2h – 188km
By Train :
via Albertville and Moutiers to end station Bourg-Saint-Maurice
The main take-off will be at Le Fort de la Platte, that some of you already know well because it has been the place of many competitions. The playground will be the Tarentaise valley but not only… As a DE, I can tell you that we will go over the mountains to visit all the surrounding massifs. The rounds will of course be adapted to the weather events but I intend to show you the country ! !
Revise your classics (breezes, paths, confluence…), this year we’re flying in the mountains!
The race headquarters will be at the Kayak base in Bourg Saint Maurice, not far from Les Ilettes landing. It allows those who wish to stay on site in a tent or truck with electricity and sanitary facilities. This is where all the appointments, briefings, sandwiches, etc. will be given. This is also where you can have a drink while preparing the next day.

Allocation is made as follows on the basis of pre-registered pilots:
– First of all, 30 seats are reserved for foreign pilots (FAI regulations) with a license
valid current ISP registered for a country other than France, provided they are
anked in the top 1,500 of the WPRS.
– Concernant les pilotes français, 90 places sont attribuées en plusieurs tours de sélections, suivant le classement FRPS de décembre 2023 en garantissant 10% de féminines (suivant le nbre de femmes inscrites ET présentes dans le Top 300 FPRS)
